Charge managers for reps who quit (car bonuses and similar). Each row is saved to the database as soon as you fill it in — blank rows are only created in the database when you type in them. Status: pending = to be deducted · hold = do not deduct yet (confirm / cannot place) · deducted = already taken out. Deduction period is the pay period start/end the charge is deducted in.
Seeded from the Oct 25, 2026 “Car Bonus Chargebacks” list: Section A (payment confirmed) = pending, except the “Unknown” rows which are on hold; Section B (sign-up sheet says paid — confirm payment first) and Section C (cannot place) = hold. “Manager” is the rep's direct recruiter; “Head manager” is the main manager (reports to Michael) who is charged. Area is where the rep worked and Area manager is the manager of that area (whose manager sheet the charge comes from) — when the money is recouped it comes off what that area manager owes on their sheet. “Unknown” = not determined yet. Quit dates and deduction periods were not in the source — fill them in as they are known. Nothing on this page pays or deducts anything automatically.
